All orders must be prepaid by PayPal, Visa, Master Card, American Express, or EMT. Your order is considered ‘placed’ once payment is received.
Please allow 8-10 weeks to produce your corset, as it’s a custom made to measure garment we require time to create this for you.
There may be price adjustments once your order details have been verified. We will confirm that with you during the process.
A minimum 30% non refundable deposit is required at the time of ordering. The remainder will be due upon completion of your order. You can pay the balance by PayPal, Credit Card or E-transfer.
All Undressed Lingerie items must be paid for in full before shipping, and full balance of them must be received within 5 business days, or your order will be cancelled.
Your Full balance must be received within 8 weeks of your corset order. You can pay the remaining balance at any time through PayPal, or by phone with a credit card. Orders that are not paid in full after 8 weeks risk losing the deposit and order.
Your order won’t be shipped until your balance due has been received.

If you have fabric or materials to send to us, please be aware that customs charges and duty fees will be applied to your order total. Please contact us to arrange shipment of fabric swatches.
For corsets completed, but not paid for in full, we charge an additional 10% after 5 weeks if they have not been paid for in full and collected. If after 8 weeks, we have not heard from a client after making all reasonable attempts to contact the client to arrange the completed corset pick up, the corset and or gown are considered abandoned, and become the property of Starkers Corsetry.
Gift cards are redeemable in person and online. They do not expire. Gift cards can be used for anything in our store. All items are custom made to measure and therefore will be final sale.
All sales are final on custom corsets, ready made corsets and panties. Bras can be exchanged for size only, provided they are unworn, undamaged, and returned to us within 10 business days. Please contact us ahead of time if you require a return as we can be sure to have your exchanged size ready. If we receive your bra, and it shows signs of wear, you will be charged the full amount for the exchange size.
Please be sure to provide us with your accurate measurements and information. We will verify measurements with you if something looks unusual.
After your order is received and your pattern has been drafted, we cannot return your deposit.
We will provide any minor adjustments, free of charge, within a 10 day period of receiving your order, a fee will be charged after the 15 day period. You must contact us prior to sending your garment back to us for return instructions. Major alterations, or ones resulting in late or incorrect measurements may be subject to a fee.
BRIDAL & EVENT
Please allow a minimum of 3 months before your wedding or event to order your corset or gown. This gives us time to be sure that everything fits in time for the event, with plenty of time in case alterations are needed. We strongly recommend purchasing a cotton mock up as insurance of proper fit, and that the style suits your body. If a mock up is purchased, and the corset does not fit, we will alter or replace the dress (remake if necessary) at our cost. If a mock up is not purchased, and major alterations are required, these will be at the purchasers expense. While all custom bridal and event sales are final, and refunds are not given, we will do everything we can to be sure that you are happy with your dress and everything fits in time for your wedding or event.
We ship by UPS unless otherwise requested within North America for corsets, and Canada Post USPS for our Undressed line.
Shipping overseas can take upwards of 6 weeks in transit, on top of the 6-8 weeks it takes to complete your corset.
We are not responsible for duty, brokerage or customs charges. Please check with UPS for an estimate.
We can only guarantee the postage time calculated by the carrier and we are not responsible for items taking longer than our postal carrier guarantees.
We are not responsible for items that are delayed in customs, or damaged in transportation.
