At the end of this five week class, you will be able to confidently adjust corset patterns to fit, cut corset fabrics, cut corset bones to size, attach bone caps, insert a corset busk, expertly bind edges, grommet and lace your corsets, and much more!

You will finish this class with a fully finished single layer, fully boned underbust corset, your adjusted patterns, and the knowledge and skill to create a basic corset!

This course is perfect for costumers, students, and dressmakers who would like a better understanding of how to create a historical corset, and have the benefit of a semi-private lesson with a maximum of thee students. Basic sewing experience is required to fully benefit from this class.
